At Elvora™, bespoke means more than custom sizing. It means your jacket is planned, designed, and built around you — your measurements, your leather choice, your vision. We bring together real craftsmanship and direct communication to deliver a leather jacket that is entirely yours.
Most jackets you find online are off-the-shelf — made in fixed sizes, in bulk, with limited options. Our bespoke service works differently. Every detail is decided with you before production begins. You choose the leather type, the color, the lining, the fit, and any additional details you want included.
We operate as a direct-to-customer brand, which means no middlemen, no unnecessary markups, and a clear line of communication between you and the people making your jacket. Once you place a bespoke order with Elvora™, you work directly with our team from start to finish.
Whether you want a biker jacket with a specific fit, a shearling jacket in a custom color, or a cafe racer built to your exact body measurements — our bespoke process is designed to make it happen.
1. Send Your Request
Email us at elvoraleather@gmail.com with your idea. It can be as simple as a reference photo and a few lines about what you want.
2. Free Consultation
Our team reviews your request and gets back to you with questions on leather, fit, color, and details. Consultation is completely free with no obligation to order.
3. Confirm & Order
Once all details are agreed upon — including price and timeline — we send you a direct order link to place your bespoke order securely.
4. Production & Delivery
Your jacket goes through our 6-step production process. We share photos before dispatch. Upon your approval, your order ships with full tracking.
Design Confirmation
Before anything is cut or ordered, we confirm every detail of your jacket with you in writing — leather type, color, fit measurements, closures, lining, and any custom features. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.
Pattern Making
Our production team creates a pattern based on your exact measurements. This is not a generic template — the pattern is drawn specifically for your body proportions to ensure the finished jacket fits the way it should.
Leather Sourcing
We source your leather based on the type and color you selected — whether that is lambskin, cowhide, sheepskin, or suede. Leather sourcing typically takes 2–3 weeks. We work only with quality-grade hides to ensure the finished product looks and feels premium.
Cutting & Construction
Once the leather arrives at our production facility, it is cut according to your pattern and sent for stitching. Each panel is carefully aligned before assembly to ensure clean lines and a consistent finish throughout the jacket.
Hardware & Finishing Details
Zippers, buttons, buckles, lining, and any custom details are added at this stage. If your order includes embroidery, special stitching, or unique hardware, this is where it comes together. We use hardware that matches the weight and quality of the leather.
Quality Check & Photoshoot
Before your jacket ships, it goes through a thorough quality inspection. Every seam, zip, and stitch is checked. We then photograph the finished jacket and share the photos with you for approval. Only after you confirm does the order get dispatched.
