Since most of our jackets are made to order, please allow 7–14 business days for production, followed by shipping. Delivery times vary by location:

• Europe: 4–8 business days after dispatch

We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. It includes chest, shoulder, and sleeve measurements for each size. If you fall between two sizes, we generally suggest going with the larger one for a comfortable fit over a sweater or hoodie.

Yes. Every Elvora™ jacket can be made to your exact measurements. Simply select the "Custom" size option at checkout and provide your measurements — chest, waist, hips, shoulder width, and sleeve length. Our team will build the jacket to fit you specifically.

Our jackets are available in XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, and Custom. The Custom option is available at no extra charge and allows you to provide your own body measurements for a made-to-measure fit.

If your jacket doesn't fit as expected, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. For standard size orders that do not fit, we will work with you on an exchange. For custom-size orders, we offer one free alteration to get the fit right.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard orders. The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at elvoraleather@gmail.com with your order number.

Custom and made-to-measure jackets are built specifically for you and cannot be returned for a refund. However, if there is a manufacturing issue or the jacket does not match your confirmed order specifications, we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Yes. Conditioning your leather jacket once or twice a year helps keep the leather soft and prevents it from drying out or cracking. Use a leather conditioner suited to your jacket's leather type. Apply with a soft cloth, work it in gently, and allow it to absorb fully before wearing.
