Returns & Exchange Policy

At Elvora™, your satisfaction matters to us. We want every customer to feel confident when shopping for premium leatherwear from our store. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our team is here to help you with a smooth return or exchange process.

Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

Easy Returns

You may return new, unused, and unaltered items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • New, unused, and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories

  • Free from perfume, stains, damage, washing, alterations, or signs of wear

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Return Window

Items returned within the approved return period may be eligible for a refund or store credit, depending on the condition of the item and the return request.

Items returned between 14–30 days may be eligible for store credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days from delivery.

Hassle-Free Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To make the process faster, you may return the original item through your preferred courier and place a new order for the item, size, or style you want. This helps ensure faster processing and product availability.

Exchange eligibility depends on product condition, stock availability, and return approval.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived incorrect.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the return item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid delivery issues.

Elvora™ is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, damaged, or delayed during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds apply to the item price only and do not include original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, handling fees, or any additional charges.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you have not received your refund after 14 business days from refund approval, please contact our support team for assistance.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, we may begin processing, production, customization, or shipment of your order. Once an order has entered processing or production, cancellation may no longer be accepted.

For made-to-order, custom-size, or personalized products, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

Made-to-Order and Custom Products

Some Elvora™ products may be made to order or customized according to customer-selected size, color, design, or measurements.

Made-to-order, custom-size, and bespoke items may not be eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the confirmed order details.

Please review your size, measurements, color, and product details carefully before placing a custom or made-to-order item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

To help us review your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective area

  • Photos of the full product

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

  • A short explanation of the issue

Please keep the original packaging for inspection.

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Manufacturing Defect Warranty

Elvora™ products may be covered against manufacturing defects, depending on the product type and issue.

Manufacturing defects may include stitching faults, zipper issues, hardware defects, or production-related problems.

This does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use

  • Accidental damage

  • Water damage

  • Heat exposure

  • Chemical exposure

  • Incorrect cleaning

  • Alterations or repairs by a third party

  • Misuse or poor storage

Leather is a natural material, so slight variations in grain, texture, color tone, wrinkles, marks, or natural creases are not considered defects.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or an incorrect product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

If the mistake is confirmed, Elvora™ will help resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or return solution.

For approved incorrect order cases, we may cover the return shipping cost and send the correct item as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or worn items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Altered or customized products

  • Made-to-measure or bespoke products, unless defective or incorrect

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items with perfume, stains, marks, washing, or signs of wear

  • Final sale or clearance items, if marked as final sale

International Returns

For international orders, customers should contact our support team before sending any item back.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any import/export charges unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking for international returns.
