Elvora™ offers free worldwide shipping on eligible orders.

There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout unless clearly mentioned during purchase. Shipping availability may vary based on destination country, courier access, customs restrictions, and regional delivery limitations.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

All Elvora™ products are carefully prepared, inspected, and packed before dispatch to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Standard Size Orders

Standard size leather jackets, coats, bags, and accessories are usually processed and shipped within 7 business days.

In rare cases, processing may take up to 10 business days due to high demand, stock availability, material availability, production schedule, or quality inspection.

Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products are prepared after the order is confirmed.

Made-to-order leather jackets, coats, and selected leatherwear usually ship within 7–12 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on product type, selected size, color, material availability, and order volume.

Custom or Made-to-Measure Orders

For custom size or made-to-measure products, processing begins after customer measurements and order details are confirmed.

Made-to-measure orders usually ship within 2 weeks after measurement confirmation.

Bespoke or fully customized orders usually ship within 2–3 weeks, depending on design complexity, material availability, production schedule, and quality checks.

Shipping Time After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days through express courier services.

Delivery time may vary depending on your destination country, customs clearance, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or remote area restrictions.

Worldwide Shipping

Elvora™ ships to most countries worldwide. However, we may be unable to ship to some locations due to courier restrictions, customs rules, legal limitations, or international sanctions.

We currently do not ship to restricted regions, countries under international sanctions, or destinations where our courier partners cannot provide reliable delivery.

If your country is not available at checkout, it means we currently do not ship to that destination.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted express courier companies to ensure secure and trackable delivery.

Depending on your location, your order may be shipped through DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, or other reliable courier partners.

The courier is selected based on service availability, delivery speed, destination, and shipment safety.

No PO Boxes, APO, or FPO Addresses

For security, tracking, and delivery confirmation purposes, Elvora™ does not ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Please provide a complete residential or business address at checkout to avoid shipping delays or failed delivery attempts.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and VAT

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges according to the rules of the destination country.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, or clearance charges.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and coordinating with the courier if delivery assistance is required.

To avoid missed deliveries, please monitor your tracking link and respond to courier calls, messages, or delivery notices.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Elvora™ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Combined Shipments

If multiple orders are placed by the same customer using the same shipping address, Elvora™ may combine them into one shipment where possible.

This helps reduce delivery time and improve shipping efficiency. If you prefer separate shipments, please contact us after placing your order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier attempts delivery and is unable to reach the customer, the customer must contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery or pickup.

If the parcel is returned, held, abandoned, or destroyed due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or lack of customer response, Elvora™ will not be responsible for the loss.

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ship and deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

These may include customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, international restrictions, peak shopping seasons, or high order volume.

Elvora™ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs authorities.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging, product, and shipping label.

If a package appears lost in transit, we will assist you in contacting the courier and investigating the shipment status.

Claims for damaged or lost packages must be reported as soon as possible after delivery or expected delivery date.
